Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective.

To start a return, you can contact us at instore@modotechnologies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send/prepare your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders can be cancelled only if it hasn't been processed and shipped. Once our logistics partner has picked up the order or the order is scheduled for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

Warranty
When virtual support is provided for a product issue and the product is deemed defective, warranty will only be applied based on the invoice date and warranty check. Return shipping for the product will be arranged and, upon arrival, our team will perform a warranty check. If the product is confirmed as defective, then a replacement will be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit that can be used later. It will be issued in the form of a discount code that can be applied on future purchases.
